Daily Telegraph Appeal
Excellent Development is thrilled to be one of the four charities chosen for this year's Daily Telegraph Christmas Appeal.
The Appeal is running from 19th November until the end of January; The Daily Telegraph will be running a series of articles on our work. Being chosen for the Daily Telegraph Appeal is an incredible opportunity for us, and we look forward to reaching a whole new audience with news of how sand dams help farmers in Africa gain access to clean water and food. Since we were formed in 2002, funds raised by Excellent Development have enabled over 200,000 people in one of the driest areas of Africa to gain access to year-round clean water, grow food and generate income. Sand dams are the cheapest possible form of rainwater harvesting - just £7 per person provides clean year-round water for life. You can make an online donation here.
